111bej ("we", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service platform operating for players in Bangladesh. The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20 times the total bonus amount.
• The wagering must be completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• It is not possible to activate more than one bonus at the same time.
• There is no maximum cap on winnings from bonuses, however wagering requirements apply.
• If the deposited amount is reversed after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

In the event of account closure, if no rule violation is proven, the remaining valid balance will be returned to the user. Members may also contact the support team themselves to voluntarily close their account.
